Atəşgah Sığorta Insurance Company plans to open another regional center in the northern part of Azerbaijan in late 2013 - early 2014, chairman of the company's board of directors Talat Safarov told Trend.
According to him, the insurance company has already opened a regional center in Ganja this year, which united several branches located in the area.
"Our project provides for opening of another regional center in late 2013 - early 2014. We are reviewing and discussing the possibility of establishing such a center in the north of the country," Safarov said.
According to him, the main purpose of regional centers is to ensure the efficient management and optimization of the branch network's operations as well as minimize costs.
Also, according to Safarov, three branches in different regions of the country and in the capital are to open within this year.
Atəşgah Sığorta was established in late 1996.
The Atəşgah Insurance Group includes Atəşgah Insurance Company and Atəşgah Həyat Insurance Company.
According to the 2012 result, Atəşgah Group's insurance premiums amounted to 53.5 million manat, payments - to 13.2 million manat. Atəşgah Insurance Group provides over 20 types of insurance.
