Georgia Global Promotion Group real estate agency will hold on June 22 and 23 a closed event in Batumi, dedicated to foreign real estate, investments and migration issues, Trend reports with reference to Business Georgia.
Some 80 percent of the participants will be Georgian companies, the remaining 20 percent will be foreign representatives.
For this event, Global Promotion Group also organizes a delegation consisting of representatives from the CIS countries, the Baltic States and the Gulf countries. The delegates will be foreign real estate agents who are already engaged in or are planning to engage in real estate in Georgia, as well as potential investors and buyers of Georgian real estate.
Invited are real estate market professionals who would like to expand their portfolio and find new partners among exhibitors, as well as potential buyers and investors who are in search of worthwhile offers.
GREIMS Batumi is not the first closed event of the Global Promotion Group. On September 12 and 13, 2018, the first closed exhibition devoted to foreign real estate, investment and migration issues under the old name - GEOREX Batumi was held at the Radisson Blu Batumi hotel.
