Kazakhstan’s Kazchrome Transnational Company JSC will pay out dividends to its shareholders, Trend reports citing the company’s statement published by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
Thus, the company said that the payments will be made to the holders of both simple and privileged shares of the company in the volume of 535 tenge (around $1.27 based on the current exchange rate) per share. The dividend payments will be made for the period from July 1 to Sept. 30, 2020.
The dividends will be paid starting Dec. 8 (privileged shares) and starting Dec. 11 (simple shares). The list of the shareholders to receive dividend payments was concluded as of Nov. 16, 2020.
Kazchrome JSC is a fully integrated mining and metals business covering all stages of the value chain, from geological exploration, mining, and mineral processing to the manufacturing of high value-added metal products.
Kazchrome JSC is a subsidiary enterprise of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG), which is the world’s largest high-carbon ferrochrome producer by chrome content and one of the largest producers of alumina and iron ore products in Eurasia. It is the only producer of high-grade aluminum in Kazakhstan.
