As many as 13 large industrial enterprises will be put into operation in the Zanjan Province (western Iran) by the end of the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2021 through March 20, 2022), Deputy Chairman of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Zanjan Province Ali Kalantari said, Trend reports citing the organization.
Kalantari noted that 10 of these enterprises are including to established enterprises and 3 to developed enterprises.
The deputy chairman added that a total of 3 trillion rials (about $71.4 million) is to be spent on these enterprises, he added.
“Of these enterprises, 3 enterprises will operate on the steel production of, 2 – on the detergents production, 2 – on the textile production and 2 – on the paper production, 1 – on malt production, 1 – on the potassium permanganate production, 1 – on the tobacco production and 1 – on medicine production,” he said.
According to the deputy chairman, 7 enterprises are located in Zanjan County, 4 in Abhar County, 1 in Soltaniyeh County and 1 in Khorramdarreh County.
