As many as 225 enterprises in the Markazi Province (central Iran) were licensed to be setting up during 4 months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through July 22, 2021), Deputy Chairman of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Markazi Province Reza Ashtari said, Trend reports citing the organization.
The chairman stressed that a total of 126 trillion rials (about $3 billion) is estimated to be spent on these enterprises. As a result, 7,940 people are expected to be employed.
“While in the 4th month of the current Iranian year (June 22 through July 22, 2021), 66 enterprises in the province were licensed to be setting up. About 97.8 trillion rials (about $2.33 billion) is to be spent on these enterprises and 2,220 people are to be employed in result,” he added.
Ashtari noted that the most number of licenses was issued in Saveh, Arak and Zarandieh counties.
