BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 7. Iran plans to increase the manufacturing of 45 industrial enterprises in the industrial parks of the Qazvin Province (northern Iran), within the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022 through March 20, 2023), Director General of Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization’s branch in Qazvin Province Reza Saffari told IRNA, Trend reports.
According to Saffari, the manufacturing of the mentioned enterprises is currently overall less than 50 percent.
The director general added that these enterprises will be provided with various technical and manufacturing equipment, as well as raw materials.
“Serious steps will be taken to resume the activity of the enterprises in the industrial parks of the Qazvin Province that have previously suspended operations due to various reasons. These steps include changing investors, increasing the variety in production, supporting the supply of raw materials, and providing loans,” he said.
There are about 20 industrial parks in Iran's Qazvin Province. About 1,000 manufacturing enterprises operate in the industrial parks.
