Azerbaijan's oil products export slides from Jan. through Apr. 2020

The volume of oil export in Azerbaijan amounted to 11.8 million tons from January through April 2020, which is 2.5 percent less compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports referring to the report of country’s State Customs Committee (SCC).

According to the committee, in the reporting period, the total value of export of energy products dropped by 11.4 percent compared to the same period of 2019 and amounted to $5.7 billion.

Meanwhile, the total export volume of oil products made up almost 350,700 tons, which is 2.6 percent less compared to the same period of last year.

The total value of Azerbaijan’s export amounted to $6.3 billion during the first four months of 2020, which is 11 percent less compared to the same period of 2019.
