Azerbaijan has increased marketable oil and gas production in 2021 by 0.1 percent and 23 percent, respectively, as compared to 2020, Trend reports with reference to the country’s Statistical Committee.
Reportedly, the country produced 34.58 million tons of crude oil, including condensate in 2021, of which 34.51 million tons accounted for marketable oil. As such, Azerbaijan increased crude oil, including condensate production by 0.1 percent year-on-year.
Natural gas output stood at 43.86 billion cubic meters, including 32.57 billion cubic meters of marketable gas. The country’s natural gas output rose by 18.1 percent year-on-year.
