BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 29. The package of legislative acts related to 'green' certificates as well as the other legislative acts (such as on rules of auction, etc.), has been presented to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan for approval, Deputy Director of Azerbaijan's State Agency on Renewable Energy Sources Kamran Huseynov told reporters, Trend reports.
According to him, the approval of these legislative acts is expected within the next year.
"We worked with consultants in this direction and considered the experience of various countries," he said.
Huseynov did not exclude the possibility of submitting additional legislative acts in this field.
