Hungarian MOL Group sees decrease in oil output

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Feb.20. Hungarian MOL Group has lowered oil production from 56,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) in 2021 to 40,000 boe/d in 2022, Trend reports with reference to the company.

As such, the company’s oil production dropped by 29.3 percent year-on-year.

The company produced 38,800 boe/d in Q4 2022, versus 53,900 boe/d in the same period in 2021, showing a 28 percent decrease.

The "B" series share is owned by the Hungarian Government.
