The Turkish Health Ministry has announced an open tender to purchase 32 sets of surgical instruments of 10 types for a burn center in Istanbul.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 11:00 (GMT +3) on Nov. 19, 2019.
