All the factions of Kyrgyzstan approved the initiative to hold extraordinary session, head of parliamentary Committee on Legal Issues Sadyr Zhaparov told 24.kg news agency.

He said that according to the Constitution, if over 40 deputies agree to hold extraordinary session, then Speaker of the Parliament must hold it. "The relevant request to hold extraordinary session on July 4, 2011 was addressed to Speaker. We must solve the issue with the formation of Judges Selection Council," said Sadyr Zhaparov.

Yesterday, June 30, Parliament of Kyrgyzstan did not establish the Judges Selection Council as there were disagreements between Speaker and the head of the profile committee. Sadyr Zhaparov refused to establish board quota provided by the Judicial Council. In response, speaker of the Parliament closed the session.
