BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 3. The volume ofKyrgyzstan's silver exports significantly decreased from January through July 2022, Trend reports with reference to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the Committee, the volume of Kyrgyz exports of silver in the first 7 months of this year amounted to 707 kilograms, which is almost 4.6 times less than in the same period of last year (3,235 kilograms).

The value of Kyrgyzstan's silver exports from January through July 2022 decreased by almost 4.9 times compared to the same period in 2021 ($2.6 million) - to $543,000.

As reported, Kyrgyzstan in 7 months of this year exported 354 kilograms of silver to Russia worth $284,300 and 353 kilograms to Türkiye for $258,700.

Meanwhile, the total value of exports of goods from Kyrgyzstan in the reporting period amounted to $1 billion.
