Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR) has announced a tender for the purchase of additives to lubricating oils.
Potential bidders are invited to submit an application specifying the name of the participant, its legal status, country of incorporation and details to the Department of foreign economic relations (DFER) of TCOR at the following address: Turkmenistan, Balkan region, the city of Turkmenbashi; to familiarize with the rules of implementation of the tender; to acquire the specification of the lot; the package of tender documents by paying $575 per lot.
Tender proposals will be accepted until September 14, 2018.
