United States reserve the right to strike on Syria before the presentation of report of UN experts, who investigate a possible use of chemical weapons in the suburbs of Damascus on August 21, U.S. secretary of state John Kerry said on Saturday in Paris, RIA Novosti reported.
"President Obama has not yet decided and reserves all possible options," Kerry said to reporters after a meeting in Paris with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius.
