( dpa ) - The Parisian insurance firm AXA is acquiring Mexico's third largest insurer, ING Seguros, for 1.5 billion dollars, the French firm said Tuesday evening in Paris.
"This acquisition puts us into a leading position amidst a growth market," AXA head Henri de Castries said.
