BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 12. The value of electrical equipment exports from Türkiye to Georgia grew by 24.9 percent (up to $101.5 million) from January through August 2023 compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
The data from the Turkish Ministry of Trade shows this figure decreased by 1.3 percent in August this year on annual basis.
In addition, Turkish exports of electrical equipment increased by 10.2 percent and reached $10.6 billion from January through August 2023 year-on-year.
Türkiye exported $1.4 billion worth of electrical equipment in August 2023, which is 11.9 percent more than in August last year.
In general, Türkiye has exported $16.1 billion worth of electrical equipment over the past 12 months (from August 2022 through August 2023).
