The next meeting of the Azerbaijani CEC took place on Sunday, during which the registration issue of plenipotentiary representatives of the presidential candidate Jamil Hasanli from the so called "National Council of Democratic Forces", as well as from "Umid", National Revival Movement and Azerbaijani Democratic party were discussed.
The commission positively resolved the issue after the submission of all documents on candidates to the CEC secretary Arif Mukhtarova.
Afterwards, the appeals to the CEC were viewed.
Presidential elections in Azerbaijan will be held on October 9.
Previous presidential elections were held on October 15, 2008. The presidential elections in Azerbaijan are held every five years.
