The Iranian parliament has submitted adossier of violations about the Oil Ministry to the Judicature System for examination, ILNA reported.
This report was developed by theParliament's Energy Commission, which accuses the Oil Ministry of avoiding transferring $11 billion of surplus oil revenues to the Sovereign Wealth Fund since March 21, 2010.
The Energy Commission also reported that cut in oil production by 72,000 barrel per day since last year.
The parliament decided to submit the dossier of violations to the Judicature System with 167 pros and two cons.
