A man and woman, both aged 29, have been arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit murder in the hacking death of a British soldier, Scotland Yard announced Thursday.
A total of four people have now been arrested in connection with the murder, including the two men who were shot by police at the scene of the attack on Wednesday and who are presently being held in hospital, dpa reported.
