BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. Solar Tyme USA is happy to have been invited by the US government to participate in the US-Azerbaijan green energy forum held in Baku, Jonnell Carol Minefee, Managing Partner of Solar Tyme USA told Trend.
"We are looking to be a long-term partner with Azerbaijan," she said.
Minefee said the company goals transcend cooperation in the field of green energy.
“We are very interested in sharing the potentialities of what Solar Tyme USA can offer to the Azerbaijan market, not only in terms of solar energy generation, agriculture development activities, but also in job creation and more of a sustainable future for the locals involved,” she noted.
She said that the sides are still in early stages of talks.
“We are seeing how we can be of assistance to meeting the government's goals here,” she said.
Solar Tyme USA is a company specializing in solar energy solutions. The company, based in Georgia, the US, promotes the green energy approach domestically and is looking to emulate its prior success in Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijan-US Green Energy Forum, organized by the Ministry of Energy and AZPROMO, aims to bring businesses representing the US and Azerbaijan together to explore opportunities for cooperation between them. Additionally, the forum served as a platform for discussion on the outlook of green energy cooperation between the countries.
