Mazahir Panahov, chairman of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC), has urged the authorized representatives of presidential candidates to be attentive when collecting signatures.

Speaking at the commission’s meeting on Feb. 14, Panahov said equal conditions for collection of signatures were created for all candidates.

He noted that the installation of web cameras in all districts of Azerbaijan will begin in the next few days.
