Head of OSEC Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Hopes that Replacing Head Will be an Opportunity to Create a Legal State in Turkmenistan

Answering the question of the Trend Correspondent regarding the replacement of the Turkmenistan Government due to the death of the Turkmenistan President Safarmurad Niyazov, the Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, Christian Strohal, stated on December 21 in Baku that he hopes that replacing the Head will be an opportunity to create a legal state in Turkmenistan.

I would hope this is opportunity to move forward and to establish country with the real of law, with respect of fundamental freedom and respect for economical and social development, Strohal, said.
