Babayeva / The United States is ready to assist Azerbaijan in the educational reforms, Thomas Farrel, the US Deputy Assistant Secretary for Academic Programs, said to journalists in Baku on 7 February. "The United States is ready to assist Azerbaijan in improving the level of education in the country," he said.
According to Farrell, Azerbaijan is interested in international student exchange for English learning. "The United States and Azerbaijan intend to implement new initiatives to enhance cooperation in this field," he said.
"The United States is also interested in opening of an Azerbaijani Language Learning Centre for American students, at the Azerbaijani State University of Languages".
