Azerbaijani Neftchi Football Club to Try to Move Forward in Intertoto Cup as much as Possible: Chief Trainer

Azerbaijan, Baku, 20 June /corr. Trend News R.Ergun / Azerbaijani Football Club 'Neftchi' could not get information about its rival from Slovakia - Nitra Club, with which Baku will hold the first match within Intertoto Cup. "It is possible to say that we do not have any information about the Nitra Club, but I know that this team changed its chief trainer and includes many new football players," chief trainer of Neftchi Team, Ukrainian Anatoly Demyanenko, who attended the press-conference being held at Trend Agency on 20 June, said

Neftchi-Nitra match will take place in Tofig Bahramov Stadium at 21:00.

Demyanenko said that he will try to as much as possible move forward in Intertoto Cup. "If the team plays unsuccessfully in the next season, we will connect it with participation in Intertoto Cup. We approach the matches of the Intertoto Cup both as friendly and assess the fighting with rivals as sparring of partners," the chief trainer added.

Ilgar Guluzade, Vice President of Neftchi Club, said to a press-conference that the stadium will be full of fans during the match with Nitra team. "We made the tickets very cheap - only AZN 1. Increasing interest of fans towards football is important for us. But I assure you that the tickets during match in Slovakia will not be cheaper than €20- 25," he said.
