Azerbaijani football referees to take part in Turkey training divulged

Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 29 / Trend News, R.Ergun/ The list of Azerbaijani football referees who will participate in training in Turkey's Antalya city was divulged, Associations of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) told Trend .

Twenty-one referees and 25 linesmen will take part in the training to take place in Jan. 17-30, 2009. The referees are expected to direct at least two games a day.

FIFA ranked referee Vusal Aliyev will not take part in the Antalya training, as he has been invited to the Commonwealth Cup to take place in January.

Khagani Mammadov, chairman of the AFFA Referee Committee, and Gulaga Jabbarov, chairman of the Referee Inspector Committee, will lead the referees' training in Turkey.
