�Forum 19’ publicized a report on state of religious communities in Azerbaijan

The international non-governmental organization �Forum 19’ publicized a report, which urges on increase of police violence in regard to religious communities in Azerbaijan, Trend reports in reference to Radio Liberty.

The organization with its headquarters in Norway stated that the police voiced its disagreement with summer camps, organized by Baptists, Bahhaits, as well as followers of �Iegovo’s witnesses’ and Khara Krishna. The worse situation in this sphere was observed in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The document notes on decrease of pressures on religious communities in Azerbaijan late this October, which was linked with the preparations by the candidates from the ruling party to the elections.
