BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 15. The average cost of housing in the secondary market of Azerbaijan’s Baku increased by 1.76 percent in May 2022 compared to the previous month, and decreased by 2.41 percent over the year, Trend reports with reference to MBA Group consulting company.
The cost per square meter in the secondary housing market was 1,618 manat ($951.7), and in the same period last year - 1,658 manat ($975.2).
The total volume of offers in the secondary housing market of Baku increased by 2.28 percent in May compared to the previous month, and decreased by 6.68 percent to 1,661 on an annualized basis.
The average price of apartments in the secondary market, on an annualized basis, decreased by 12.94 percent to 138,366 manat ($81,391).
