BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 15. Private and country houses in Baku fell in price by an average of 4.75 percent in May 2022 compared to April and by 11.09 percent compared to May last year, Trend reports with reference to MBA Group consulting company.
The cost of one square meter of private and country houses amounted to 842 manat ($495.2) in May 2022 (884 manat or $520 in April 2022, 947 manat or $557 in May 2021), MBA Group said.
The total volume of offers in the market of private and country houses decreased by 2.31 percent (to 974) in May 2022 compared to the previous month, and increased by 46.69 percent year-on-year.
