BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. The secondary real estate market continues to grow in prices year-on-year in Baku, CEO of consulting company "MBA Group" Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.

"Prices in the secondary housing market of Baku increased in March 2023 by 18.85 percent compared to the same period in 2022, and compared to February 2023 - by 1.24 percent. The cost per square meter in the secondary housing market during the reporting period was 1,879 manat ($1,105)," Ibrahimov said.

He noted that there were 1,714 offers altogether on the secondary market, (up 6.2 percent from the previous year, but down 2.72 percent from the previous month).

The cost per square meter in the secondary housing market was 1,856 manat ($1,091), and the total volume of offers in the secondary market was 1,762 in February 2023.
