Ernst & Young launched a new service product, Compensation & benefits survey

Ernst & Young Holdings (CIS) B.V., Tax & Legal department held a business breakfast on the launch of the new service product, Compensation & Benefits Survey. Arzu Hajiyeva, the head of Ernst & Young's Tax & Legal practice in Azerbaijan, believes that this new product will be very powerful tool for HR and Finance managers in the decision-making process related to HR matters.

Ernst & Young Holdings (CIS) B.V., Tax & Legal department held a business breakfast on the launch of the new service product, Compensation & Benefits Survey. Arzu Hajiyeva, the head of Ernst & Young's Tax & Legal practice in Azerbaijan, believes that this new product will be very powerful tool for HR and Finance managers in the decision-making process related to HR matters.

"Information collected from survey participants will be analyzed using a special tool developed by Ernst&Young. The unique features of our product are flexibility and comprehensiveness of the study. For example, we will introduce industry surveys, detailed report on HR policies and practices. Additionally, the final product will be also available in an electronic form together with the special program for the comparative analysis, which enables the users to analyze the information in tabular and graphic forms" says Arzu Hajiyeva.

The event hosted a number of HR Directors and General Managers from major multinational and local companies operating in Azerbaijan.
