Committee of Statistics of Kazakhstan disclosed the information on the volume of metal extraction in the country, Trend reports with reference to press-office of the Committee.
In January-April 2019, the manufacturing volume of unprocessed and of semi-processed gold or in the powder form in Kazakhstan amounted to 31,014 kg which is 7.9 percent more than in the same period of last year.
Furthermore, the manufacturing volume of unprocessed and of semi-processed silver or in the powder form equaled to 318,411 kg which is 4.7 percent less than in the same period of the previous year.
The manufacturing volume of unprocessed aluminum and of aluminum oxide reached 528,681 tons which is a decrease by 9.1 percent compared to the same period of 2018.
In addition, the manufacturing volume of unprocessed refined lead reached 45,107 tons which is 12.5 percent less than in the period of January-April of 2018.
The manufacturing volume of unprocessed zinc and of unprocessed, refined, non-alloy copper amounted to 108,184 tons (-1.5 percent) and to 149,499 tons (+8.8 percent) respectively.
