This includes production of ovens of various modifications, which differ in their parameters, according to the source.
“The cost of new models of rotary ovens varies from 10,000 manat ($5,894) to 11,000 manat ($6,483),” the source said. “There are plans to finish the development of the next models of rotary ovens by the end of this year. Their production is expected at the beginning of next year.”
The source also noted that local technologies will be used in the production process of new types of rotary ovens.
“The company plans to purchase foreign technologies next year,” said the source. “They will be used in the production of the next cargo of models of baking equipment. In parallel, the company is closely working on the development of two and three-tier hearth ovens, also intended for use in the manufacture of bread products.”
The primary model of this type of equipment has been developed, the source noted, adding that in the future, 100 or more hearth ovens are planned to be produced.
