Today, on September 28, the 100th mortgage credit has been granted in accordance with the conditions of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF). The credit was given through the commercial bank TekhnikaBank, Trend reports referring to a message spread by AMF. The recipient of the credit is a young family consisting of three persons IDPs from Lachin District of Azerbaijan occupied by Armenian Forces.
The total sum of the credits granted is 2.1 m. AZN. Totally 16 banks, 10 insurance companies, and 10 appraisal organizations are agents of AMF. The leaders in the placement of the AMF means are TekhnikaBank, Bank Standard, Bank NIKoil, TuranBank, UNIbank, etc.
AMF possesses 6 m. AZN from State Budget 2005. Some 20 m. AZN are envisaged by State Budget 2006.
