Iranian Guardian Council has approved the establishment of eight special economic zones, BENA quoted Iranian advisor to Coordination Council for Special and Economic Zone Jafar Ahangaran as saying.
'' Government has presented the bill for establishment of 17 special economic zones and guardian council has agreed with establishment of 8 special economic zones,'' Ahangaran said.
New special economic zones are Shush in Khuzestan, Malayer in Hamadan, Mirjaveh and Zahedan in Sistan and Balouchestan, Sarab and Bostan abad in East Azerbaijan, Baneh in Kurdistan, and Garmsar in Semnan province, he added.
