Iranian expert Abbas Mirzai was appointed as the head of the Administration and Finance Department at the Gas Exporting Countries Forum "GECF " , IRNA reported.
The GECF include three departments of administration and finance department , analysis of gas global market and analysis of gas statistics and models heading by Iran, Libya and Algeria.
Four other Iranians also work in the above mentioned two departments.
Algeria , Bolivia, Iran, Qatar, equatorial Guinea, Libya, Egypt Nigeria, Russia, Trinidad Venezuela and Tobago are permanent members of this forum.
The GECF members export 42 percent of world gas demand and holds 70 percent of world's gas reservoirs and 85 percent of LNG.
