The worth of oil contracts implemented by Iranian Revolutionary Guard camp Khatamul-Anbia Construction Headquarters reached $25 billion, IRNA reported quoting Deputy Oil Minister Ahmad Ghalehbani as saying.
"Khatamul-Anbia Construction Headquarters has always been an active company in oil industry where the value of its oil project inventory reached $25 billion," he said.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has nominated Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC or Sepah) Brig Gen Rostam Ghasemi as the Oil Minister.
Ghasemi is also the commander of IRGC base Khatamul-Anbia Construction Company.
The cooperation between oil ministry and Khatamul-Anbia Construction Headquarters is a good model for other contractors in the industry, Ghalehbani added.
The government so far approved 50 percent of Iran's oil project valued $120 billion that assigned in Fifth Development Plan (2010-2015) while the rest worth $100 billion is being reviewed.
