Uzbekneftegaz JSC repaired the booster compressor station at Alan gas field of Mubarek oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz.
As a result of the carried out work, uninterrupted operation of the gas pumping unit and prevent reduction of natural gas production was ensured.
Through this gas pumping station, 8.2 million cubic meters of natural gas per day will be transported to the Mubarek Gas Processing Plant for processing. The processed gases at this plant are sent to various industries and national economies.
The Alan booster compressor station is located in Mubarek district of Kashkadarya region. The station has two gas compressor units, which can pump 4.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year.
Uzbekneftegaz is a state-owned holding company and the largest state company in Uzbekistan. The company ranks 11th in the world's natural gas production.
