Uzbekneftegaz JSC introduced an automated information system that pays dividends to shareholders, Trend reports with reference to the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.
The relevant responsible departments of Uzbekneftegaz have developed software to ensure timely payment of dividends to shareholders, inform shareholders about the funds paid, automate the payment system, and reduce the human factor.
The system will reduce unnecessary paperwork and create a unified database of Uzbekneftegaz.
It is planned to pay dividends to shareholders of Uzbekneftegaz JSC with the help of this software following the outcome of 2019.
Uzbekneftegaz is a state-owned holding company and the largest state company in Uzbekistan. The company ranks 11th in the world's natural gas production.
At the beginning of 2020, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed Uzbekneftegaz to thoroughly analyze each field it is operating and ensure the increase in gas production.
Earlier it was reported that it is planned to put into operation five production facilities of Uzbekneftegaz worth $4.1 million within the framework of the State Investment Program.
