The Siyazan Drilling Unit started drilling of operating wells on the onshore fields Zagly-Zayve and Saadan, SOCAR told Trend. The project depth of well 1706 on the Zagly-Zayve comprises 2000 meters, well 1641 on Saadan - 1,400 meters.
SOCAR noted that the 300 meters of well 1706 was drilled, but drilling work was stopped in relation to its expansion. Average daily speed of work in well 1641 makes up 46 meters. The drilling work is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2006.
