In January 2007 the Marketing and Economic Operations Department (MEPD) of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) exported 141,131 tons of oil products, Trend reports.
Most of the part of the export fell to diesel oil, which made up 118,520 tons, gasoline вЂ" 2,180 tons, jet kerosene вЂ" 19,845 tons, lubricating oil вЂ" 59,000 tons. Mazut, bitumen and naphta were not exported in this period.
The most expensive oil product in January was jet kerosene, which cost $541.88 per ton. The price of petrol was $482.08, diesel fuel - $482.72, mazut - $229.28.
In 2006 SOCAR exported 2,925,700mln tons of oil products.
