In January 2019, insurance fees for types of insurance other than life insurance amounted to 74.41 million manats in Azerbaijan, which is 15.74 percent more than in January 2018, Trend reports referring to Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FIMSA).
FIMSA said that the share of non-life insurance in the total amount of insurance fees for the above-mentioned period amounted to 84.37 percent.
Payments for the types of insurance other than life insurance reached 9.32 million manats (54.35 percent of all payments). This figure decreased by 19.24 percent over 2018.
