Kazakhstan's electricity grid operator to pay out dividends

Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) will pay out dividends for 1H2021, Trend reports citing the company’s statement.

The decision to pay out dividends was made during the shareholders meeting held on October 29, 2021. The 1H2021 financial statement was also approved during the meeting,

Thus, the company’s revenue for the first six months of the 2021 will be distributed as follows:

A total of 22.02 billion tenge ($51.8 million) will be paid to the holders of simple shares.

A total of 5.5 billion tenge ($12.9 million) will be allocated for the company’s further development.

Thus, the payment per simple share will amount to 84.72 tenge ($0.19).

KEGOC was assigned the System Operator of Kazakhstan by the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (order No.61 dated 17 October 2014).
