BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. Demand for cars in Uzbekistan in April began to grow rapidly in the primary market,Trend reports via the Uzbek Center for Economic Research and Reforms.
According to CERR, in April 2022, 129,100 vehicles were registered in the country, which is 104 percent more than in April last year (63,300).
In April 2022, 96,900 cars were sold on the secondary market of the country. In March, this indicator amounted to 84,700, in February – 101,000, in January – 85,300 units.
The number of cars purchased in the primary market amounted to 32,100 units, which is an increase of 50.7 percent compared to April 2021 (21,300).
