BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. Uzbekistan plans to get new technological solutions from Huawei Tech investment Tashkent company (part of Chinese Huawei Technologies) that combine economic and sustainable development, energy security, and a green low-carbon policy, Trend reports via the Uzbek Ministry of Energy.
In particular, smart terminals at drilling sites based on artificial intelligence, a unified digital platform for oil and gas fields, which allows the creation of stations with low atmospheric emissions, as well as technologies for digital production, transportation, processing, and marketing of oil and gas can be provided.
This was discussed during a meeting of the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan with the delegation of Huawei Tech Investment Tashkent.
The parties discussed the possibility of cooperation in the development of issues of digitalization and automation of the oil and gas industry from production to transmission to the end user, the introduction of a system of electric charging stations for the accumulation of electric vehicles, as well as mechanisms for certification of carbon dioxide emissions.
As a result, agreements were reached on the development of long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation, for which a joint working group will be created to implement the above issues.
