BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. Uzbekistan imported 1,700 cubic meters of timber and lumber products from Russia's Surgut since the beginning of 2022, Trend reports via Russian Rosselkhoznadzor Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.
According to the conclusions of the Tyumen Phytosanitary Testing Laboratory all batches of wood products met the quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
Uzbekistan imported 29,000 cubic meters of timber products from Russia's Kirov region from January through October 2022.
Since the beginning of 2022, 53,158 cubic meters of timber have been exported from the Russia’s Perm Territory to Uzbekistan.
