Turkish State Student Dormitory Administration has announced an open tender to construct two dormitories for 2,000 students with a total area of 46,000 square meters in Istanbul.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 14:30 (GMT +3) on December 5, 2018.
