Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund has leased 1,150 apartments with the right of subsequent purchase this year, the fund told Trend on Nov. 19.
According to the fund, guarantees for business loans in the amount of 234.128 million manats ($137.7 million) has been issued at the beginning of November this year.
It is also reported that the fund for 10 months of 2021 issued a record volume of loans on an annualized basis - 4,538 loans worth 300 million manats ($176.5 million).
In general, the volume of loans issued by the fund by November 2021 exceeded 1.956 billion manats ($1.1 billion), and the number of families who improved their housing situation through these loans amounted to 36,228 people.
Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund was established by the decree of the President of Azerbaijan in 2017 through the reorganization and merger of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC and Azerbaijan Credit Guarantee Fund OJSC.
