Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 February / Trend / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of Nikoil Bank OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 12,500,000, AZN 2 as the face value per stock. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
AzerInterTrade LLC will be the underwriter for the placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization, which is the member of Baku Stock Exchange CJSC and also have a brokerage license.
The issue prospectus of stocks of Nikoil Bank OJSC will be placed on the web-site of the Baku Stock Exchange.
