The revenues of mobile operators in Azerbaijan from January through November 2019 amounted to 815.2 million manats ($479.5 million), Trend reports referring to Azerbaijani State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, compared to the period from January through October 2018, revenues of the mobile communications sector increased by almost 2.5 percent and amounted to 41.5 percent of the total revenues of the telecommunications market.
From January to the end of November 2019, information and communication services worth about 2 billion manat ($1.1 billion) were provided to the population and organizations in Azerbaijan, which is 15.1 percent more compared to the same period in 2018. Out of the services provided to organizations, 82.4 percent of total revenues were received from non-state enterprises
Furthermore, 72.8 percent of the total amount of information and communication services were provided to the population.
